I’m not sure how many of you have heard of Neil Gaiman’s Coraline, but it is a fantastic book.
Neil Gaiman is also the author of Stardust, which you might be more familiar with.
Coraline is a short read (reviews called it a novella) and, though it’s a bit like a horror take on The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe, it’s an extremely fresh and delicious story.
It was also made into a movie in 2009, but I haven’t seen it yet. Have you?
